SHIPPING POLICY
We offer free standard shipping to eligible United States addresses. Availability is checked at checkout. Orders are fulfilled by our delivery partners, and items in the same order may arrive in separate parcels.
Processing and delivery times vary by product, supplier and destination. For an item-specific estimate, email johanstoreusa@gmail.com before ordering. Tracking details are provided when available. Please check your delivery address carefully and contact us promptly if an address correction or shipping issue is needed.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Request a return within 30 days of delivery by emailing johanstoreusa@gmail.com with your order number. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Contact us before sending anything back; we will provide approval, the correct return address and instructions for your item. Do not use the address printed on the parcel without confirmation.
For damaged, defective or incorrect items, send photos and your order number so we can arrange a resolution. Return shipping costs and any non-refundable original shipping charges will be explained before approval. After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. For exchanges, contact us to confirm availability.
